Return and Refund Policy

At Bagguci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

B. Return Process

To request a return, email us at support@bagguci.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@bagguci.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.

D. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Wrong sizes

E. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

F. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

G. Discount Policy

Discount codes must be applied during checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for discounts not applied at the time of purchase.
